Sing Studios, Vocal Coach Ken Taylor, and his companies (“Sing”) is committed to the privacy of its membership and site visitors. What type of information is collected by TMS?
We collect personally identifiable information (“PII”) which refers to information that can be used to identify, contact, or locate a person or entity. PII includes but not limited to: name, email address, postal address, phone number, facsimile number, email address, credit card information, financial information, and governmental identification numbers. PII does not include information that can be obtained from the public domain and information collected without disclosure of any identification of the individual user. The goal of Sing in collecting PII is to provide you with the best and most useful content and services. Several of the services and features that we offer on our sites require you to provide us with such information.
How does Sing use Personal Identifiable Information?
We use PII to customize the content of the Site, to enhance the use experience in the Site, to make appropriate service offerings, and to fulfill user’s requests for certain services, including but not limited to sending out electronic communications. Sing may use PII to send Users information in the pertinent subject matter that the user agreed to receive. Sing may share with third parties certain pieces of aggregated, non-personal information, such as the number of users who searched for a particular term, for example, or how many users clicked on a particular advertisement. Such information does not identify you individually. PII will be disclosed to comply with court orders or upon request of a law enforcement agency.

The Site provides users with access to their personal profile to amend their personal information data saved previously. Users will be asked to identify themselves before processing requests to modify such information.
To protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure and destruction of information and data, maintain the accuracy of information and data, and ensure the correct use of data, Sing has put in place appropriate security measures including physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the personal identification information we collect through the Site.
